After a hard days work, I passed through here and noticed this place on the way home, I decided to give it a try and I was glad I did, the massage here was one of the best I ever had and I felt so relaxed after the massage therapist worked on my back and shoulders, everything inside was also very clean and relaxing. Will definitely come back for more massages!
Massage was ok but what I had a issue with was the lady hanging another $33 for Tip when not even talking to me about it. Then when asked why, I was told they keep that after the initial $75. Language barrier yes but communication is also key because in the beginning I was cool but I was given attitude.
I just called to try and schedule an appointment. The lady kept mentioning they were busy for tonight (which I understand) but then I tried to schedule for tomorrow or see what packages they had. I explained I'm a first timer and she was not informative very rushed and very unprofessional. I will not bother checking this place out in person.
The environment is clean, the massage technique is great, and the service attitude is very good. This is a wonderful experience. I will continue to patronize Royal spa next time.
The massage was great and the environment was very comfortable!
